Description
Cold pilger rollers or cold pilger mill ring die and mandrels are also called cold pilger molds and dies, which are the most important tools to make high precision seamless tubes in cold state. In general, we use cold pilger mill to reduce outer diameter and wall thickness of round tubes. Now we have developed new cold rolling tools to produce square tubes on cold rolling mills.We use forged material and CNC machine with strict heat treament to guarantee the quality of our cold pilger roll dies. The different cross sections of die groove is transisted smoothly.
